Preparing for the future.
First, we’d like to thank everyone for their continued support in the development of Autoview. We made it this far thanks to the amazing community that has grown around this special tool.
Since its inception, Autoview has continued to steadily grow its community all the whilst expanding its features and functions. However, since the initial build was meant to serve as a personal tool, we did not incorporate a few things that would’ve helped greatly with this growth. The first being a proper business model that could sustain it. The second being proper documentation and a knowledge base to help everyone use it as effectively and efficiently as we ourselves do. The third being a website/dashboard or even an admin panel aspect so everyone could easily manage their systems.
One subscription to rule them all
Autoview will be moving from a single exchange subscription model to an all-in-one model. What is currently $5 per exchange will now be $25 for all the exchanges. This will open many doors and eliminate a good portion of our current subscription issues. We will also be removing the ability to pay with Google payments, with the plan to integrate CoinPayments shortly afterwards.
Anyone that is already subscribed will keep their current subscription at its value as long as the subscription remains active.
Knowledge Base and Support
Up until now, support has been scattered across multiple platforms, and will be amalgamated into our ticketing platform. We will remain active in the other channels such as Telegram and Discord. However, any support related questions, issues or concerns will be directed to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will separate the community from support, to allow the community to focus on bettering their strategies and helping others do the same rather than simply teaching people how to use the system.
This will allow us to more easily focus on support and expand our knowledge base with articles and videos with the help of our soon to be growing support team.
New website and Dashboard plans
The first thing we need to do is get everyone out of developer mode. Developer mode is acceptable when you’re developing, but there’s no reason we should all be in there. With support tasks being minimized and alleviated through the above changes, we will once again be able to truly focus on development. A new dashboard with contain error outputting, easier to understand user interface, functional referral page with statistics, etc. Our wish list is constantly growing, and we’re looking forward to being able to give this some true attention.
We appreciate everything the community has done for us, and what you’ve all helped turn Autoview into. We are excited about these changes, and look forward to continuing this journey with all of you.
